The Scarecrow Ag Services team consists of Murray Chaplin and Ben Allen.

Murray completed his trade in Queanbeyan, NSW as a Mechanical Electrician in 2004 working mainly in the industrial/commercial/mining sector. He has since added an Auto Electrical trade to his resume. He has always maintained close ties to the agricultural sector, having relatives owning a property located at Cootamundra, NSW.

Ben completed his trade in Tamworth, NSW as a Heavy Agricultural Vehicle Mechanic in 2007, later adding Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanic as his second trade. Ben grew up in Barraba, NSW and has spent time working on properties around Barraba before moving to Tamworth.
